Job description

As part of a newly created position, we are looking for a QA Manager to continuously ensure the reliability, performance, and robustness of our solutions. Working closely with the QA Technical Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the quality strategy, driving continuous improvement of testing processes, and leading the QA team.

As Centreon is a multi-product platform, you will be responsible for the quality of all three Centreon products, taking into account the specific challenges and requirements of each one. The Release Management team will be a key day-to-day partner in improving delivery and release processes.

You will also play a key role in establishing a strong quality culture across all teams—from the early design phases, through implementation with developers, to production deployments with SREs—working closely with the entire R&D management team.

With a Customer First mindset, your actions will directly strengthen user trust and help reduce the load on our support teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team

  • Define and drive the overall quality strategy

  • Promote a quality-driven culture across all stakeholders

  • Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting

  • Implement and continuously optimize QA tools and reporting

  • Ensure the overall quality of the products

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the release process (velocity, reliability)
