IT Monitoring Consultant (3)

As an IT Monitoring consultant in the Customer Success team composed of 32 members, you will support our customers and partners in the technical realization of the "build" and "run" phase of our Centreon solution. This is a highly versatile role that will enable you to discover the varied, challenging and rich technical issues and contexts of our customers.

Accompanied by your manager, the Professional Services Director, you will develop your skills and discover the world of supervision, while upholding our Customer First and Teamwork for Success values on a daily basis. Building on your experience in the field, you will have three main tasks:

1/ Carry out and support our customers and partners in the provision of technical services:

• Installing, integrating, deploying, configuring and updating the Centreon solution;

• Advise customers/partners on their technical choices;

• Carrying out technical audits and writing reports;

• Recommending technical upgrades and supporting version upgrades;

• Developing new supervision points;

• Assist and support the customer during the "run" phase in terms of implementation and technical expertise.

2/ Documenting and training

• Providing technical training to our customers and partners;

• Assisting our customers and partners in the knowledge transfer and skills enhancement process;

• Participate in technical writing and enrich training courses;

• Write and contribute to internal, customer and partner documentation and technical deliverables.

3/ Participate in our internal projects

• Developing integrations with third-party tools (ITSM, AIOps, etc.);

• Propose new service offerings to provide our customers with even better support;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our teams and Centreon;

• Participate in the writing of high-level technical articles.

You will be expected to travel in France and abroad.

• You have a good command of Italian (essential for this position).

• IT training (3 to 5 years' higher education)

• You are familiar with Linux and basic supervision concepts (Client/Server, SNMP, HTTP)

• You are interested in hybrid infrastructures that enable an IS to function, as well as its business components

• You are passionate about your work and eager to pass on your knowledge

• You speak French or English

• You have a good level in Italian (essential for this position).

The pluses that will make all the difference :

• You have some initial experience in the field of supervision

• You have expertise in ELK-type log management or cloud infrastructure administration (AWS)

• You have skills in scripting and/or software development (Perl, Python, PHP) and/or SQL
